Can you ship your cookies?
No. Due to the Ohio Cottage Food Law, I am not permitted to ship my cookies. All orders are for pick up only in Independence, Ohio.
 
Can you provide nut-free or gluten-free cookies?
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide either of those options at this time.
Although my cookies do not contain actual nuts, they are not produced in a nut-free kitchen.

How much notice do I need to give when ordering cookies?
For custom cookies, it is always best to give as much notice as possible since a lot of time goes into the designing and planning process. If you have a rush order, I will do my best to accommodate you if my schedule allows.
 
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All invoices are e-mailed out one week prior to the pick up date with a link to pay through PayPal. Please note that cookie orders are not baked until payment is made. 

Can your cookies be frozen?
Absolutely! To freeze the cookies, carefully place them in an airtight container or freezer bag. When you're ready to eat them, simply remove them from the freezer the night before, and leave them at room temperature.  DO NOT open the container or bag until the cookies are completely thawed! Doing so may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
